Salad with pomegranate and walnuts

When I first saw this salad, it looks to me it is not very much. Still, I decided to try it to taste.
And that taste he conquered me.
Preparing it is very easy and includes three main components: chicken, walnuts and pomegranate seeds. Well, that may be even more useful!
In Chicken fillet contains protein, phosphorus, and various groups of many vitamins.
Walnut reduces the amount of fat in the blood, lowers cholesterol, improves memory, and is recommended for people suffering from hypertension, atherosclerosis, heart disease and blood vessels.
Garnet grains contain ascorbic acid, fruit acids, vitamins, fiber and minerals. It is recommended for people with asthma, resperaturnyh diseases, angina, atherosclerosis, and anemia.

Of course, if it were not for mayonnaise, which is considered a symbol of high-calorie and junk food.
But, in this case, there is a way out - make homemade mayonnaise.

Ingredients:

- One chicken
- 100 grams of walnuts
- One half of the pomegranate grains
- Mayonnaise
- Salt to taste

Method of preparation:

Chicken fillet wash.
Put it in a pot.
Pour water, put on fire and cook until tender.
When the fillet is cooked, remove it from the pan and cool.
Cut it into cubes.
Put in a bowl.
Wash grenades.
Cut it in half.
And one half to dismantle the grain.
Grains in a bowl, add a fillet.
Clean walnuts or buy already Shelled.
Put the nuts in a pan and fry, stirring occasionally.
Add the walnuts in a bowl to products.
Add salt in a bowl and mayonnaise.
All products mix and serve.
