Meat Muffins

How often do I want to add novelty to familiar dishes. Fed up with burgers, meatballs, chops ... I want to offer you cook meat muffins - a great alternative to the usual cutlets.
Moreover, they do not need to fry - they are baked, and it means - we rid themselves of excess fat consumption.
  During the summer, as a complement to meat muffins can be used fresh vegetables: zucchini, carrots, etc. In winter, we have to use frozen mixed vegetables (peas, peppers, zucchini, green beans).
  Preparation of muffins is not difficult. The minimum set of products, and very quickly we get a great addition to the dinner menu.

We need:

500 grams of minced meat
150-200 grams of frozen vegetable mix

1 egg
2 tbsp. tablespoons flour
1 tbsp. grated cheese
salt, spices

Stuffing can use almost any. With chicken get more gently, but I had a pork mince it's what I used
Minced Stir, add salt and spices to your taste. Trying to drive an egg, add flour. Mix well.
Now you can add vegetable mixture (you can not defrost).
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Spread stuffing on the shaper. If you have a metal forms - oil them, just sprinkle water silicone, then muffins easily jump out of them after baking.
  And I also like to sprinkle with grated cheese stuffing. Better to do it immediately, but for 5 minutes until tender.
Bake 30-40 minutes, depending on what you use and stuffing on the characteristics of your oven.
Like such meat muffins for both adults and children. Serve with mashed potatoes delicious.
