Chicken kebabs with peach sauce

Often there are recipes where chicken cooked with pineapple. They give the dish a certain acidity and well set off the taste of the bird. However, not many know that the same great fit for chicken and peaches. They give the dish a fresh notes and unusual taste. I bring to your attention one of my favorite recipes for chicken with peach sauce.

Ingredients for barbeque:

- Chicken breasts - 2 pcs.


- Olive oil - 3 tablespoons

- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Sharp mustard - 1 tsp
- Cherry tomatoes - 5 pcs.
- Canned peaches or natural - 2 halves
- Salt
- Pepper

Ingredients for peach sauce:

- Canned peaches or natural - 5 halves
- Sharp mustard - 1 tsp
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon


The complexity of cooking - the average.
Proceedings
Chicken breast is detachable from the skin and bones.
You can just take a chicken breast fillet.
Cut the chicken into pieces.
Prepare the marinade.
Mix olive oil, mustard and honey.
All mix until smooth.
In the marinade put chicken pieces.
Add the spices: salt and pepper. All mix and put in the fridge for 1.5 hours.
Preparing the sauce.
For the sauce can be used both fresh and canned peaches. But as winter peaches on sale is not found, I used canned peaches.
In a glass blender put the halves of peaches, add the mustard.
Squeeze lemon juice.
Put honey.
And sprinkle with sugar. All whisk using a blender.
The resulting mixture was put on a small fire and cook for about 15 minutes, stirring constantly so that it is not burnt. During cooking, it becomes thicker and shrinks.
Now make kebabs.
Cherry tomatoes cut in half.
Peaches cut into pieces.
On wooden skewers alternately strung chicken, cherry tomatoes and peaches.
Fried skewers in a pan with non-stick coating. Fry them without oil.
On the one hand, and on the other by about 5 minutes. Since the chicken was marinated, then roasted it pretty quickly.
Serve skewers, watering them with peach sauce.
