Breakfast in the peasant

All we have breakfast in different ways. Someone loves hearty breakfast - scrambled eggs with cheese and herbs or bacon and eggs, while others prefer a light snack or useful mess. There are people who do not eat in the morning.
Still, breakfast is very important for our body and well-being throughout the day, it gives strength and energy. In addition to all the principles of dietetics and nutrition at an early meal you can afford something nutritious. That's a known truth confirms this: "Eat breakfast myself, dinner Share with a friend, and dinner give to the enemy."
Today I decided to make a meal out of native Ukrainian cuisine. Its basis, as is often the case, are the eggs. Eggs for breakfast we love because of what they can cook very quickly, and it's nutritious and healthy product. Rural breakfast quite satisfying meal that will be easy to prepare and most importantly, fast.

For the preparation of 2 servings, we need:

1. Smoked bacon - 70g
2. Butter - 2 tbsp
3. Black bread - 50 g
4. Onions - 1 medium
5. Smoked Sausage - 50 g
6. Eggs - 3-4 pieces.
7. Salt - to taste
8. Ground black pepper - to taste
9. Green - on request



Bread cut into small cubes and fry in butter over moderate heat, to make it crispy.
Bread shift in a bowl. Bacon cut into strips.
Mince the onion.
In a clean frying pan over moderate heat fry bacon until heated with oil, add the onion and fry for 5 minutes.
Cut the sausage into small cubes and add to the onions and bacon and fry 3 minutes, until the sausage and onions turn brown.
In the sausage mixture to put crackers and beat the eggs, then stir.
Fry 2 minutes, reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 3-4 minutes. Put on a plate, sprinkle with herbs.
