I have several times cooked chicken rolls, but half the time I thought the dish dryish. While it may be, I just overexposed in the oven. Today I wanted to ensure a successful outcome, for which I wrapped in strips of bacon roll. It turned out surprisingly tasty.
And I declare with full responsibility, because my main criticism of the family did not get tired to extol this creation, and even my sister came to visit - ate the last pieces with great pleasure.
How could it be tasteless dish of chicken with wild mushrooms and cheese inside, wrapped in a delicious smoked bacon. In general, try, dear mistress, because something made with your own hands is always better than purchased.

To prepare the roll we need the following ingredients:

1. Chicken (no matter what part) - 500 g
2. Smoked bacon - 150 g
3. Mushrooms (I boiled and frozen aspen, but you can take any others) - 200 g
4. Onions - 1 small head
5. Cheese - 70g
6. Butter - 30 g
8. Salt and ground black pepper

Butter fry the mushrooms with the onions until tender, add salt and pepper to taste.
Sliced ​​chicken placed under cellophane and carefully repulse.
Arrange the strips of bacon on a large flat plate so that they touch each other.
Put fillets on top of that they went at each other. This makes for a more durable bond them into a roll.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Put mushrooms and onions.
Then grate the cheese grater.
Very gently roll to roll and fasten his strong thread. Grease the baking tins with vegetable oil, add a little water and put it back roll.
Cook in the oven at 220-240 degrees somewhere 30 minutes.
