At the heart of many desserts and cocktails - whipped cream. Of course, you can buy ready immediately. But natural fresh whipped cream you prepare yourself only. Enjoying a recipe!

Description of preparation:
Whipped cream is very easy to cook. However, if the cream will not greasy and not very fresh, the mass may not thicken. So make a fresh cream before you prepare this dessert. When I was little, my parents gave for dessert (or ordered in a cafe) whipped cream, saying it - ice cream! Up to 5 years I believe it !!! The disappointment was great, but the throat diseases in the cold season I avoided ...


Ingredients:
Fatty cream - 500 milliliters
Powdered sugar - 2 tbsp. spoons (less or more depending on how sweet you like)

Servings: 4-5


How to cook "Whipped Cream"
1. Cream pre-cooled in the refrigerator. Then pour into a bowl high. Start beating with a mixer at medium speed. When the cream will thicken gradually, continuing to whisk, enter powdered sugar.
2. If you want to add the cream color or taste, you can add the powder paint, cinnamon and a little vanilla. Thoroughly whisk to supplement mixed with cream.
3. You can drip into the cream of beet juice or spinach juice for respectively reddish and green shades. These creams can decorate muffins, however, they should be sure to cool down and immediately serve.
4. A classic dessert with whipped cream - a strawberry with whipped cream. Perfect dessert for a romantic meal, Valentine's Day and so on.
