Fish under Polish sauce

Fish under Polish sauce - a dish from the category of easy, simple and delicious. For its preparation no specific skills or tools are not necessary, but in 20, maximum - 30 minutes on the table there is a tasty dish.

Ingredients for fish in Polish:

- Fish fillets (hake, pollack) 500 g
- Butter 70-100 g
- 2 pcs eggs.
- Citric acid
- Salt
- Herbs (fresh or dried)

Preparation

Fish fillets cut into portions.
In a pan pour half a cup of boiled water, add a little salt and put the fish. The water should cover about half of the fish.
Simmered fish. It will take approximately 15 minutes.
Note. Pripuskaniya - a kind of cooking. Its distinctive feature is a small amount of water. With this poached fish turns and tastier than boiled.
Boil hard boiled eggs, cover with cold water and clean.
Oil put in a deep bowl.
Melt in the microwave.
Eggs grate and put in the melted butter.
Add salt, citric acid (quite a bit!), Chopped fresh herbs.
Stir. The result was a Polish sauce.
Lay the fish on a platter and pour the sauce it. Fish under Polish sauce is ready!
By the way, this sauce - quite bold, but in general, thanks to its combination with simmered fish dish comes out just right.
Fish disappeared from the table just instantly!
