Pies of "Khrushchev" test with rice and egg
In my family all just love pies, especially savory filling. About four years ago I accidentally saw dough recipe, called "Khrushchev". Inspired, made some adjustments, and now it is one of my favorite recipes for dough!
"Khrushchev" dough is not difficult to prepare. Its feature is that, after mixing, it should lie in the refrigerator 4 hours or more.
For me it is a very convenient option! Especially if you plan in the first half of the day. I make the dough in the evening, leave it in the refrigerator overnight and in the morning - bake pies!


Ingredients

For the dough:

- 1 cup of warm water
- 200 g margarine "Doughnut"
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp dry yeast
- 3.5-4 cups flour

For the filling:

- 1.5 cups of rice
- 8 eggs
- 1 large onion
- Salt
- Ground black pepper
- Filtered water
- Vegetable oil
- 50 g butter

Preparation

Dough
In warm water to start up the salt and sugar.
Then add dry yeast.
Whisk. Leave on for 7-10 minutes.
Chop into small cubes margarine (I really like margarine "Doughnut") and add to the weight.
Sift flour one glass.
After adding each cup of flour gradually knead dough.
Taste finished baking depends not only on the components. The better kneaded the dough, so it tastes better. Therefore, at this stage can not be lazy =)
Shift the prepared dough in the food package, tying it.
And put them in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight, as I am.
Filling
Cooking rice with salt, black pepper and oil.
Chop boiled eggs and add to the rice along with roasted onions.
Add the butter to the filling.
Remove the dough from the refrigerator.
Divide the dough into equal pieces and roll each of them, put the stuffing.
Make tucks.
Form a patty, turn down the seam.
Share on pan greased with vegetable oil.
Bake until cooked at a temperature of 180'C.
