I never thought that I could make such a juicy meat itself. Of course, on our site there are many recipes for baked pork, I looked through them, such is not found!

Pork (one piece) - 700-800 g
Salt - 2-3 hours. l.

Black pepper (to taste)
Spices (to taste)
Garlic - 2-3 tooth.
Water - 1 liter
Bay leaf - 2 pcs

That's what we need.
Water bring to a boil, add salt, pepper, add bay leaf and spices to your taste. I had a "Provence herbs", red pepper and coriander. Stir.
