Cake for tea

To prepare the cake for tea requires the following products:
- 2 eggs
- 0.5 cups sugar
- 0.5 cups of yogurt
- 0.5 cups of sour cream
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1.5 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda (extinguish vinegar)
- 2 tbsp lard
- 0.5 cups of nuts

For the cream:
- 1.5 cups of thick cream home
- 0.5 cups sugar

To decorate:

Mix flour and sugar.
Add the eggs.

Knead the batter.
Add the nuts and stir.
Divide the dough into 3-4 parts (about 4-5 full tablespoons per serving). Grease the pan with vegetable oil and warm up. Lay out of the batter into the pan and distribute the dough with a spoon on the surface of the pan.
Fry cake under a closed lid to simmer for about 10 minutes on one side and 3.5 minutes on the other side (as the lid).
While the cakes are fried, whisk the sour cream with sugar. Nuts chipped.
