Cake Queen Victoria

Approximate cooking time: about an hour.

Preparation:

Turn on the oven at 180 degrees for heating. In a large bowl, beat the softened butter with the sugar and vanilla.
Lightly beat the eggs separately. Often add them in whipped butter. Often add the sifted flour, enter carefully, stirring from top to bottom. Add the milk, mix well all.
The dough is poured into 2 small prepared silicone molds or one large one.
Bake 20-25 minutes, until the cakes do not rise and will not spring back under your fingers. Allowed to cool to form for 10-15 minutes.
One cake liberally grease jam.
