Hello I want to tell you and explain how I do think you'll like Azu for making we need:

meat - 500 g,
onions - 1-2 pieces,
pickled cucumbers - 1-2 pieces,
Potatoes - 6-8 pcs,
Garlic - 1-2 cloves,
tomato paste or ketchup - 1-2 tbsp. l
bay leaf,
salt
pepper

Meat very well and rinse thoroughly, cut into strips and fry in a little cauldron in the hot oil.
Add us cut back thin half-rings (you can rings) onion and fry the meat until the onion is soft bow.
Add the tomato paste there, finely chopped or grated on a coarse grater us washed cucumbers and a little water or broth and simmer, covered until tender meat.
In a separate pan fry the shredded potatoes.
When the potatoes are almost ready to shift it into the cauldron of stew, add salt, pepper, bay leaf to taste finely chopped garlic, too, to taste and desire.
Gently and mix well and cook potatoes until tender meat.
