Hello dear friends, and today I want to tell you about a very low-calorie and healthy salad for the preparation we need:

1. Lettuce - a few pieces
2. Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
3. Bulgarian pepper (different colors, preferably bright) - 2 pcs.
4. Red onion - ½ onion
5. Cooked frozen shrimp - 200 grams
6. Lemon juice - 1-2 tbsp. spoons
7. Olive oil - 1-2 tbsp. spoons
8. Salt - to taste

Shrimp can not boil, just pour boiling water if they are frozen, then drain and clean them.
Lettuce washed in running water and place the bottom of the salad bowl.
Top distribute sliced into thin strips pepper.
Tomatoes cut too shallow.
Also put the cherry tomatoes in the salad.
Chop the onion fine half rings and add to the salad.
Latest going shrimp. Salt to taste, add the lemon juice and olive oil, if desired, you can sprinkle with black pepper.
