Chicken liver

Hello my dear freinds! Today i want will tell you my new recipe very yumy dinner for family )

For Prepare we need :

300-400 g chicken liver
2 eggs
1 small onion
salt (1 / 3ch.l)
freshly ground black pepper (a few pinches)


Wash chicken livers, well clear of the films and the remnants of the gallbladder (green).
Cut into pieces approximately 1.5x1.5 cm. Finely chop into cubes. Vegetable oil brown the onions over medium heat (5-7 minutes). Add raw liver, stir.
Cook until water vyparitya and liver begins to brown. 10-15 minutes. Simmer, covered. To drive 2 eggs, salt (1/3 tsp of salt) and pepper (a couple pinches of freshly ground pepper) and mix. Continue to fry for a few minutes until cooked eggs. Remove the fire. Serve warm.
