Oddly scare us adherents of healthy food harmfulness of mayonnaise, abandon it does not work. Among my friends there are many people who are difficult to feed without mayonnaise. In my family do not eat mayonnaise spoons, but always pack in the fridge is present and quietly leaves.
Recently I came across a recipe, which describes how to prepare homemade mayonnaise of the most affordable products. And without any problems, such as "turn the plug in only one direction" and "pour oil on the teaspoonful." Oh, and by the way, in the mayonnaise will not have to lay eggs.
The main condition - must act blender. Mixer can not happen.
Can, of course, without eggs and mayonnaise out, as well, salad dressing. But, you know, to taste - one in one! Especially used in food raw chicken eggs - a risky business. My recipe is absolutely safe in this regard.

Ingredients


The recipe seemed to me at first doubtful cause explain below. So I decided to do a little bit.

- 70 ml of milk
- 150 ml of vegetable oil *
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 tsp prepared mustard
- 2 tsp lemon juice

* Since I love to fill salads unrefined oil, I took it that. I must say that it gives in mayonnaise bluff smell and taste. So it is better to take the clarified butter. Next time I'll do that.

Cooking time: 2-3 minutes.

Proceedings

Measure out the milk. Poured it into a tall glass, which was going to whisk mayonnaise.
Oil added to it. I decided it was better if the butter and milk are cool, and cooled in the refrigerator.
Took a blender, put it down to the bottom of the glass and turned on. Weight with stirring instantly start to thicken.
A few seconds - and you're done!
Add the rest of ingredients: salt,
Mustard,
Lemon juice. Here it is this combination seemed unacceptable - milk and acid. After all, if to pour the lemon juice into the milk, it immediately curtailed. But no signs of collapse, I did not find, probably, milk protein has already contacted with oil, forming at the same time something new.
Stir with a spoon.
Here and ready homemade mayonnaise. You can add the chopped dill, garlic and your favorite spices and change the taste of homemade sauce. Options are limited only by your imagination and taste.
