Homemade tarts with mushrooms

Most of us have become accustomed to buying ready shop tartlets. The choice is now quite diverse. It is very convenient as it facilitates the process of cooking.
But home is not worse. They, too, can make any shape using conventional, available at your home, molds for baking cakes. Today I invite you to bake tarts of shortcrust pastry.

To prepare the home taratletok we need:


For the dough:
- Egg - 1 pc.

- Margarine or butter - 100 g
- Flour - 1.5 Art.
- Salt

For the filling:

- Mushrooms mushrooms - 300-400 g
- Onions - 1 onion
- Cheese - 50 g
- Pickles - 2 pcs.
- Yaytso- 2 pcs.
- Vegetable oil
- Mayonnaise
- Salt

Method of preparation:

To begin with preparation of the dough, since it must be cooled before baking in a refrigerator.
Egg mixed with a small amount of salt (to taste).
Margarine or butter over low heat drown. Let cool.
Pour the flour into the egg and stir.
Add the cooled margarine (butter).
Knead the dough. The dough in the refrigerator for shipping preparation time filling.

Prepare the filling.

Mushrooms mushrooms chopped.

In a frying pan, pour vegetable oil, add the mushrooms and fry.
Onions chopped, combine mushrooms, salt to taste and fry until cooked mushrooms.
Pickles finely chopped.
Boil hard boiled eggs. Let cool. Purified from the shell and cut.
Mix with pickles.
Cheese cut into small cubes and combine with eggs and cucumbers.
Ready-fried mushrooms and onions mixed with the other ingredients for the filling. Add the mayonnaise.
Roll out the dough to the formation of not more than 0.5 - 1 cm. Round containers (glass) cut out the circle.
To prepare the tartlets I took a baking cupcakes. I have it in the form of hearts. Mold release oil. Then cut out a circle blanketed mold, press down on the edges.
Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 200 degrees.
When finished tartlets cool, stuffed with their mushroom mixture.
