I like to cook sweet dishes. This love is likely to have me because I have a terrible sweet tooth itself. So indulge yourself and, therefore, the child with her husband a variety of sweet delicacies.

So I found a long forgotten cake recipe "Turtle", which to me as a child my mother cooked. Decided to cook it, and at the same time to share with you a recipe photo.
To prepare the "Turtles" need the following products:
- 6 eggs
- 1.5 cups sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda (vinegar)
- 2-2.5 cups of flour
For the cream:
- 250 g sour cream
- Part-time cup of sugar
For the glaze:
- 50 g butter
- 2 tbsp milk
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 4 tablespoons cocoa
Egg whisk sugar.
Add the baking soda, which extinguish vinegar (about 1 tablespoon).
Knead the dough with flour. It should be thick cream.
On a baking sheet, which is better to cover with parchment paper, spread the dough with a spoon.
Bake biscuits here are at 140 degrees for about 10 minutes.
For the cream, beat the cream with the sugar in a lush ridges.
Fold biscuit biscuits in the shape of a turtle (torso, legs, head, and it is possible and tail) and lubricate them with cream. Reserve 2-3 tablespoons cream for final clearance.

Now make the icing. Mix all ingredients: sugar, milk, cocoa butter. Please be mass to a boil, stirring constantly.
