Tartlets with cod liver

Interesting serving dishes to the table, and even more festive, not just decorate it, but always makes you want to try. That's why I often resort to various methods of filing of the original starters, in such cases, I often come to the rescue tartlets.
This is a wonderful invention, I discovered not so long ago, and not necessarily to prepare tartlets own (although it naturally better option purchased). Enough to find a good manufacturer and enjoy at your leisure.




Is Required:


1. Finished tartlets
2. Bank cod liver
3. Eggs - 3-4 pieces.
4. A bunch of green onions
5. Lettuce
6. Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp. spoons

I propose to make a simple snack in the tartlets from cod liver oil, which in Soviet times was considered even a delicacy. Today, it can be easily bought in any store. So, put the eggs to cook hard-boiled, with cod liver oil solёm.
Mash it with a fork in a convenient container.
Chives will wash in running water and finely nashinkuem, then add to the chopped liver.
Ready to cool the eggs in cold water, peel and chop with a knife. Send to the rest of the ingredients.
Add mayonnaise, and, if necessary, a little salt and mix gently our stuffing.
In each tartlet put a piece of lettuce, and then fill a teaspoon of prepared stuffing.
These tartlets will want to try any guest.
