Cherry cake

I really love vishnyu.I here recently, I remembered the berries and wondered what to make of them? Apparently, the body requires vitamins :)
So I had the idea of cherry cake. The combination turned out very simple: finished biscuit cakes with cocoa, cherry cream and white chocolate glaze.
And then, to decorate a cake slices jelly, I pushed the broken glass cake, the recipe of which I recently shared with you. Bright jelly on white glaze looks very impressive! Although the cherry cake can be decorated as you wish, at this point how much of your imagination.

To prepare the cake for 8-10 persons need the following ingredients:
packaging of finished chocolate sponge cakes
butter - 100 g
condensed milk - 0.5 cups
frozen cherries - 250 grams (about 2 cups frozen)
white chocolate - 100 g
cream 20% - 100 g
pack of red jelly for decoration - on request

I thawed cherries and cleared the stones, giving drain the juice. Cream it to anything, but to impregnate cakes use it is quite possible, if you want a cake with more acidity.
By the way, cherries for this recipe, we do not handle the heat, so it retains a maximum of vitamins!
Cherry grind in a blender to puree the state.
Cherry puree mixed with condensed milk.
Add the oil (previously softened at room temperature) and mix again. It is more convenient to do it with a blender.
Fluff cream cakes. The top and sides of cake promazyvat do not need!
For the white chocolate cream brought to a boil and melt chocolate in them. A few more minutes to hold the glaze over medium heat until it lightly thickened. Glaze need while constantly stirring!
When the glaze has cooled down, I covered her top and sides of cake.
For decoration I chose red cherry jelly. Make it in advance, according to package directions, but added water 2 times less - 100 ml instead of 200 ml of the above. So it turns out denser and from the easier it will be to make jewelry.
When the jelly is frozen, I pulled it out of the fridge for a minute and put them in a container with a bowl of hot water. Then turned jelly on a plate and cut it into small pieces. These pieces are laid out on the cake in a random order over the glaze.
Cake was refrigerated overnight to soak.
It was very delicious: sweet cakes, sour cream and sweet chocolate coating.
