Rice pancakes with seafood

Pancakes made of rice paper - a relatively new product on the market, which came to us together with the fashion for Japanese and Chinese cuisine. Due to its neutral taste, they are an ideal canvas for culinary experiments.

For this dish you will need:
12 sheets of rice paper "Senso"
70 gr. butter
1 small onion
3-4 cloves of garlic
300 gr. squid rings
300 gr. fillet of white fish (flounder, cod)
150 ml. dry white wine
100 gr. heavy cream
Salt and spices to taste

Onions and garlic peel and finely chop and lightly fry in a spoonful of butter.
Squid rings cut into 4-6 pieces, fish fillets cut into middle-sized pieces. Put seafood in a frying pan with onion and garlic and fry, stirring constantly, for two minutes.
Pour the wine and seafood stew leave to complete evaporation of the liquid.
At the end, add the heavy cream, stir, hold on fire a couple of minutes. Filling for pancakes ready.
