Description of preparation:

Ingredients:
Pork - 1 kilogram (fillet)
Egg - 1 Each
Beer - 1/2 cup
Flour - 3/4 cup
Vegetable oil - to taste
Salt - to taste
Pepper - to taste
Sweet and sour sauce - to taste

Servings: 3-4

Egg mix with beer, add salt and pepper.
