Carrot salad in apple Cups

To prepare the carrot salad, we need the following ingredients:

1. Carrots - 300 g
2. Fresh Cucumber - 1 pc.
3. Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
4. Chives
5. Parsley
6. Lemon juice - 2-3 tbsp. spoons
7. Apples - 4-5 pcs.
8. Vegetable oil (sunflower or olive) - 3-4 tablespoons. spoons
9. Mustard - 1 tsp.
10. Salt - to taste


Purified carrots grate.
Pepper Peel and cut into strips.
Cucumber and cut into fine strips.
Combine these ingredients, add the chopped green onions and parsley.
For apples cut off the top, then remove the inner pulp.
The pulp is cleaned of seeds and add to the salad, you can add another apple, rubbed it on the grater.
Dress the salad with a mixture of vegetable oil, lemon juice and mustard, salt. Then expanded in apple "cups."
You can eat together with an apple!
