Remember, I once wrote about his wonderful discovery - the book "menu every day"? Today's recipe again from there.
Shtudiruya menu offered there in April, found a recipe sandwiches with egg-cheese pasta. A little reflection, decided to slightly improve this dish and replace pieces of bread on the tartlets (as it turned out later - completely in vain).
The recipe is extremely simple, but managed to attract my attention. And I think, an important role is played by a member of the mustard.
The fact that the dressing was unjustly forgotten in the family. But in the late 80s of the last century, and when this book was written, it seems, did not stand in the refrigerator. At least in cooking it is used quite often, do not put except in dessert.
Not so long ago I was preparing sour cream and mustard sauce to the chicken. It turned out great! Therefore, the mustard I am now indifferent.
Thus, the products on the podium!

For tartlets with egg-cheese pasta, we need:
 - Slices of white or black bread (I replaced them on store tartlets)
- 100 g butter (if you use bread instead tartlets)
- 100 grams of cheese,
- 3 - 4 eggs,
- 1 hr. L. mustard
- 1 tbsp. l. sour cream,
- 1 tbsp. l. mayonnaise
- Green onions,
- Salt,
- Ground black pepper,
- Ground red pepper.

The cooking process
1. Eggs cook hard-boiled.
2. Grate the cheese on a large grater.
3. Eggs mash with a fork.
4. Mix the eggs with cheese.
5. For egg-cheese mixture add the mustard, sour cream and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper.
6. All mix thoroughly.
7. Paste fill tartlets. Sprinkle with chopped green onions.
Originally prescription this paste is recommended to put on slices of bread, pre-greased with butter. And you know, that option was even better! To quote my husband: "Mm-m! (Chewing) These sandwiches can sometimes do ... (continues to chew), and even on holiday table ... especially in the morning with coffee will be good! .."
