Tartlets with Korean carrot and salami

We all know what the tartlets. This small baskets, which are generally prepared with puff pastry. But now there are so many recipes tartlets and not from the test that the eyes diverge.
Tartlets are used to design a variety of appetizers: fish, meat, sweet and many others. It seems to me these beautiful baskets are designed specifically for the festive table, because certainly flatter him.
Of course, the best is always what is done with his own hands, but to my small feast I have not had time to thoroughly prepare. Therefore, (to my shame) bought ready-made tarts. They were very tasty, and most importantly, that precious time was enough, and I could make a wonderful appetizer, which turned out delicious and festive.


So, to prepare tartlets filled, we need:

1. Finished tartlets - 15 pieces
2. Korean carrot salad - 100 g
3. Sausage "salami" (or sausage) cooked / smoked. - 100 g
4. Fresh cherry tomatoes - 100 g
5. Fresh cucumber - 1 large
6. Lettuce - 5 pcs.
7. Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp. spoons

Korean carrots chopped.
Tomatoes thoroughly wash and chop.
Cucumber and wash under running water and grate.
Cut sausage into fine strips.
Stir in carrots, tomatoes, sausage and cucumber in a container. Clean and dried lettuce leaves to pick her hands into small pieces and add to the other ingredients of the filling.
Fill all the mayonnaise, mix thoroughly.
Stuffing should be laid in a tartlet in front of the feed to the table, because if you do this before - tartlets melted, and this will not be crunchy taste. In general, it is possible to spoil a little snack.
