I love caviar, because besides the fact that it is useful, she is also incredibly delicious!
Unfortunately, they often buy it from me there is no way. But one of the winter holidays, to which I refer parents wedding day, New Year, Christmas, it must necessarily be present. It's the law!
Tartlets with caviar - a wonderful snack for any holiday table! But what they dump in addition to the principal? I offer two options.

Ingredients:

- Small tartlets

For the first embodiment
- 100 g of red caviar
- 40 g of hard cheese
- 40 g of butter
- 2 eggs
- Parsley
- Dill
- A mixture of peppers

For the second embodiment
- 100 g of red caviar
- 100 g butter
- 80 g of cream cheese


Preparation:

1. First embodiment
Boil two eggs. Grate on a fine grater eggs and cheese. Cheese is better to take the most ordinary, without its distinct taste.
Add the butter, a little chopped dill and milled pepper mixture.
Mix thoroughly.
Put this stuffing in the tartlet.
Top with caviar.
Garnish with parsley.
2. Second embodiment.
The second embodiment is much easier and faster. Put cream cheese (I prefer not to 100 gram cheese in foil, and in a large plastic container), it softened butter.
Top - caviar and again decorate leaf parsley.
Both versions are ready for submission!
Less festive in appearance, but no less delicious option - spread butter on a slice of bread and top with caviar. If you want to feel its taste - this option will approach could not be better, because the butter perfectly underlines it.
When choosing eggs do not forget that frozen eggs is not as tasty as "live" and, of course, should cost considerably less. By referring to the pellet should be similar, clean, intact, uniform color.
