Good evening to all readers yum-yum! Today I want to share with you one dish that I cooked yesterday at the holiday table, marking his birthday.
As any more or less big feast is prepared more than one or two meals, time is usually sorely lacking. Therefore, it is necessary to provide some points that will facilitate this process.
Thinking menu in advance in terms of snacks, I stopped at tartlets. And in order to save time and effort, I bought them, and not bake itself. Besides, I do not have to have a suitable molds.
Thus had to determine the filling. Since no type of salads contained no cheese, and I love him very much, it was decided to do it with him.
I like simple and tasty toppings: cheese, a lot of garlic and mayonnaise. But this time wanted to do something different and more interesting. Eventually settled on a recipe that today and spread.

Ingredients:

- 200 g of hard cheese
- 3 boiled eggs
- Dill
- Parsley
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 200 g of mayonnaise
- A pinch of salt
- Basil
- Ground black pepper
- Red pepper

Preparation:

Cheese rubbed on a fairly small grater.
Boiled eggs rubbed on it though.
Squeezed through a press garlic, chopped fresh herbs.
Chopped walnuts with a knife is not very finely. Like in any dish clearly feel nuts.
Add salt, freshly ground basil, black and red peppers. Mayonnaise and mix thoroughly. Posted on the tartlets with a slide.
Then decorate each leaf parsley. You can decorate with green peas, corn, olives, pomegranate - whatever you feel is appropriate to your taste.
It is better to put the stuffing in a few hours - tartlets impregnated and become softer and tastier.
And what toppings you like most?Sternum chop as well as vegetables, spread in pan. Filling salt, pepper, simmer 2 minutes and turn off. Give to cool completely.
Further, we are engaged shell. On floured surface roll out pripylennoy dough thinly. Cut circles of diameter form tartlets. It can be shaped for cupcakes or muffins.
We spread ready circles in shape. It is important that the dough completely closes the form.
The cooled stuffing spread in the dough piece.
For filling, mix the milk with sour cream, add salt, pepper, spices.
Fill the stuffing.
Send tartlets (of this amount, I got 12 pieces) in a preheated 180 degree oven, bake for about 25 minutes.
Finished products let cool completely before pulling them out of shape.
