Cake "Royal" as a child my mother cooked very often. She experimented with fillings for cakes and cake was obtained each time better than the last time. I got this recipe from her, along with all the secrets in cooking.
So I decided to share with you a detailed description with photos of this delicious dessert. At this time the reason was to prepare the feast of St. Valentine.

To prepare the cake cake 1, the following products:
  eggs (2 pcs.)
  sugar (1 cup)
  sour cream (1 cup)
  baking soda (1 teaspoon)
  flour (1 cup)
  1 cup filler-filler (poppy seeds, raisins, walnuts, dried apricots, prunes) or 3 tablespoons cocoa
  butter for greasing the form

To make the cream for 3 cakes are needed:
  600 ml of cream
  part-time cup of sugar

For sprinkling at will, you can use a few tablespoons of cocoa powder, nuts or poppy.

As you can see, as a filler-filler can be used poppy, nuts, raisins, prunes, dried apricots or cocoa. One of these products is added in one portion. The more we want to bake cakes, the more fillers need to stock up.Eggs mixed with sugar.
Beat them in foam so that the sugar melted.
Add the sour cream into the egg foam.
Baking soda extinguish vinegar.
Add small portions of flour and knead batter.
Now add one of fillers, fillings and again mix the dough.
The first cake I added raisins.Form grease with butter and pour the dough there.
Send the form with the dough in the oven and bake until cooked at a temperature of 160 degrees.
In the second cake I added poppy
and third - the cocoa powder.
Let cool cakes ready. If the shape of a small size, cakes cut in half, if used large diameter, then cut them is not necessary.Lubricates each cake with sour cream whipped with sugar. The top can be sprinkled cocoa powder through a sieve.
Leave to soak the cake at room temperature for several hours, then send it in the cold.
