Stuffed bagels

Each family has its own supply of simple but very interesting recipes that do not require special skills to prepare and that much important, do not require a lot of time to prepare. These recipes in my phonebook called simple.
Simple recipes, there are many. Among them, the easiest and familiar, we believe cooking eggs, fried potatoes and pasta. It is even considered that this list of easy to prepare dishes can handle men, deprived female presence.
But if you step a little further usual eggs, we will see a large field of fantasy where every product can be a main ingredient for cooking simple meals.

An important point - even easy to prepare dish should be tasty, healthy and beautifully decorated.
One of these basic products for the preparation of the dishes today are the bagels. You can take the usual bagels, bread sold in stores or departments.
But will be much tastier dish if bagels bake yourself. It does not need a lot of time and knowledge.

To prepare the pretzel, the following products:
- 400 g of water
- 1 tsp dry yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp sunflower oil
- Flour (dough will take much)

Warm water mixed with dry yeast, add the remaining ingredients and knead elastic soft dough, which should not stick to your hands.
Dough leave in a warm place, having covered with a towel so that it has come twice.
The finished dough is rolled out with a rolling pin 1-1.5 cm thick and cut out two containers (eg, a mug and a stack) rings.
Bake rings in the oven at 160 degrees until tender (15-20 minutes).
Ready bagels Let cool. This step can be replaced by cooking easier - go to the store and buy ready-made drying.
For cooking stuffed bagels are needed:
- Milk to soak bagels
- Minced (mine is buckwheat porridge, fresh egg, green onions, salt and pepper)
- Hard cheese
Bagels soaked in milk, so that they become wet.
Stuffing can serve any foods that you like or want to bake in the donut: minced meat, greens with egg, sweet and salty cheese, sausages, hot dogs, apple slice, etc.
I had a little buckwheat porridge, add a raw egg in it to keep it from crumbling after baking, a little green onion spice to taste, salt and black pepper.
These on a baking stuffed with minced bagels.
Spread on top of a piece of cheese.
Bake at 120-130 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Ready bagels served warm as a separate dish. They are especially good for fresh salads. Really like these bagels kiddies. They can disguise unloved products.
