In my opinion, even for a minimal festive table requires at least one kind of snack, similar to the one that I want to present you today, dear readers!
These "baskets" - a worthy replacement of purchased tartlets. Even better. Because the store tartlets still need to leave for impregnation, otherwise the taste is not the same. And here - out of the oven can be directly on the table!
Of course, will have to tinker a little longer. But really - a little. After all, you can choose a ready-made puff pastry.

Ingredients:

- 500 g Puff Puff dough
- 4 very large (in the uppermost Kochanov) Chinese cabbage leaf
- 1 large onion
- 4 eggs
- Mayonnaise
- 1 bunch of parsley
- Basil
- A mixture of peppers
- Sunflower oil
- Salt

Preparation:

In sunflower oil fry the onion with freshly ground spices, and salt.
Chinese cabbage leaves wash, dry, broken arms and finely chop the blender, but not in the "mess."
Connect the cabbage and onions.
Parsley also washed, dried out and sent to the shredder.
Boil eggs until cooked, cool and chop the blender too.
Connect all the ingredients and season with freshly ground pepper and basil (according to tradition - green, red, white and black), salt. Added mayonnaise. He acted as a link of all the products and did not allow dry toppings.
Mix thoroughly.
I, as usual, no experiment has not done, although this time it was not so great. The first layer of 250-gram test I unrolled and is divided into 10 squares, and the second - 8.
Each square slightly stretched hands and put in silicone molds for cakes, or smudging .
Expanded in all forms of stuffing.
Bake at 180'C for about 20 minutes.
In the first game (where I divide the dough into 10 pieces), the dough into tartlets got thinner. In the second (divided into 8 pieces), thicker.
I think every man in the end determine the optimal ratio of dough and filling. I liked more the second option, where more dough. Anyway, this amount of ingredients from 16-20 "baskets."
I decorate each tartlet a drop of mayonnaise, olives and canned circle kukuruzkoy. Scattered "baskets" very quickly!
