Salad with turkey and grapes

Much has been said that before meals prepared at a standard schemes, but today in the order of things to combine seemingly incongruous. In general, I'm not the first one decided to combine salad meat with fruit or berries, but I would like to make a "tasty" contribution.
Salad, which I suggest you to try today, really delicious, I can safely recommend it for the festive table. No one would say that this hackneyed dish that has repeatedly tried, and surprise guests indispensable duty of every housewife.
Lately, I've loved to cook different dishes of turkey fillet. This meat with its aroma, strong enough (not too disintegrate into small pieces), so very easy to cook. And the chicken is already fed up a bit, I - for the variety in cooking.


To prepare the salad with turkey and grapes need the following ingredients:

1. Boiled turkey fillet - 300 g
2. Grapes (seedless, I have this sort of fine grapes "Sultana") - 50-70g
3. Hard cheese - 70g
4. Garlic - 2-3 cloves
5. Mayonnaise Olive - 2-3 tbsp. spoons
6. Kefir 4% fat - 4 tbsp. spoons
7. Mustard dining room - 1 tsp.
8. Salt - to taste


Cut the fillet into small pieces.
Garlic peel and a grate, or use a garlic masher.
In one container combine sliced, grated garlic and grated cheese.
Prepare salad dressing: combine mayonnaise, fermented baked milk and mustard. Mix thoroughly.
Add the resulting mixture in the salad, add salt to taste and mix it.
Grapes cut into halves, or if it is a large - into small slices.
Ready salad out onto a plate and sprinkle with grapes.
