This simple chicken salad with apples, walnuts, celery and other delicious food is obtained in this spicy and light, which is still very popular and it is served as a snack in many countries around the world!

It took me ingredinety:
300 g chicken (I took one smoked leg quarter, but you can use boiled chicken);
100g - sweet green peas (can be frozen, and I took 4 tbsp canned);
1-2 green sweet apple;
300 g - red grapes (cleaned of seeds);
3-4 medium celery stalks;
60 g walnuts;
watercress leaves (watercress) for decoration;
4 slices of white bread for making croutons.

For the sauce:
70 g blue cheese (moldy, type Dorblu, Dana Blue, Roquefort, etc.);
125 ml natural unsweetened yogurt;
130 ml sour cream;
1 tsp sugar (without top);
2-3 tbsp lemon juice;
1 tablespoon minced fresh dill;
1/8 teaspoon salt;
ground pepper to taste;
