New Salad Cocktail

Salad cocktail - light holiday salad, served in glasses, ice-cream bowls or vases. Usually salad cocktail making puff and colored to translucent layers beautifully through the transparent glass.
I often make a salad cocktail using ingredients salad "Gorka" or "the Tenerife salad", about which I want to tell you today.
The Tenerife salad - Spanish cuisine, the most simple to prepare, but by its taste, I absolutely love it. When the family are leaving somewhere, I indulge yourself, your favorite, so salads or cook for the holidays, which is not so much need a hearty meal as casual or romantic atmosphere.


Ingredinenty Salad (2 servings):

1 banana
14-20 shrimp (depending on size)
lettuce
1 orange
Article 1.5. tablespoons coarsely chopped hazelnuts or walnuts
2 full article. tablespoons mayonnaise
a pinch of black pepper, nutmeg and paprika.

Shrimp boil in salted water. It is important not to digest shrimp, otherwise they will become rubber taste, I usually cook two minute after boiling.
Take the glass glasses, put on the bottom of the torn pieces of lettuce.
Banana cut into small slices and spread on a salad.
Cooked, peeled shrimp shell and ostuzhennoy put on a layer of banana. Affordable option - replace shrimp crab sticks. Of course, it will not be the Tenerife salad, but no less delicious.
In mayonnaise squeezing the juice of half an orange, a little pepper and add nutmeg. This time I did not have it, I added paprika, also very tasty. All mix thoroughly until smooth.
Pour on top of the salad orange-mayonnaise sauce, sprinkle with nuts.
It remains only to decorate the salad. It may be "sun" of orange or even very original - hanging on the edge of the glass shrimp, catching them as a hook.
For me, this salad - just the deep pleasure.
