Yesterday me came to visit my goddaughter! Brought gifts, including this wonderful picture here, where I saw myself in a new way :))
Of course, I said to her arrival is also ready. In store for her beautiful flowers poloteshko with her favorite blue and thought about something tasty to tea.
Since the day before we turned off the water, do something in advance I have not had a chance. Therefore, it was decided to focus on something quick, but beautiful and definitely delicious.


Ingredients:

- 3 eggs
- 250 ml yogurt
- 120 g sugar (can be more)
- 250 g flour
- About 1 cup of apple and plum jam
- 1 tablespoon of alcohol tinctures
- 1 full teaspoon baking soda
- Powdered sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon salt

In addition:

- 2-3 leaves of parchment paper
- 30 g butter

Preparation:

I began by saying that turn the oven and put a temperature of about 180-200'C. Cover the form of parchment paper, grease the butter.
Whipped eggs with sugar. Volume weight should increase by 2-3 times.
Then poured alcohol tincture (I have it on currants, raspberries and other berries).
Soda mixed with yogurt.
Poured yogurt to the weight, let salt whipped.
Sift the flour. Its amount depends on the density of gluten and yogurt.
The dough should not be very thick consistency. In principle, as is usual for the biscuit. Well whipped.
In the prepared pan with greased parchment paper poured the dough, smooth the surface with a spoon.
Sent in the oven for 15 minutes. It is important to follow the biscuit, not to unnecessarily retain moisture it!
Another sheet of parchment paper laid out on the table and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Took shape out of the oven and gently laid it out on a piece of cake with powdered sugar.
Lubricate the surface of the apple and plum jam.
Rolled roll. Shifted to a blank sheet of parchment and sprinkle top with powdered sugar.

Once got cake from the oven, you need to act as quickly as possible - at a pace to remove from the mold, grease filling and wrap. Otherwise, roll risks crack or not wrapped at all.
