Ingredients:

1-2 chicken breast pieces.
Potatoes 6 pcs.
Cheese 150g
Onion 1-2 pieces.

Sour cream 100g
Mushrooms 200-300 g
Salt, pepper and your favorite spices to taste
Baking tins (I used the classic molds for cakes, perfectly suited silicone molds, paper, disposable, I think it can also be used)

Method of preparation:

First we need to prepare all the food.
Chicken cut into cubes or strips, as long as the pieces are not too big.
Finely chop the onion cubes.
Potatoes rubbed on a coarse grater.
Mushrooms cut plates or cubes. I used frozen mushrooms.
Cheese rub on a coarse or fine grater.
Vegetable oil, in a well-heated skillet lightly fried chicken.
To add the meat finely chopped onion and fry until the onion is transparent.
In a frying pan, meat and onions send sliced ​​mushrooms. Fry 5-8 minutes everything.
Further, to the chicken, onions and mushrooms add the cream and spices. Simmer everything on low heat until tender.
Grease the molds with butter and evenly (not too thick) for molds distribute the grated potatoes.
In prepared potato baskets lay chicken with mushrooms in sour cream and send in a preheated oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees. The cooking time may vary (depending on the type of oven), therefore it is necessary to monitor the baskets as soon as they are lightly browned around the edges, so prepared.
