Meatloaf with mushrooms in puff pastry

I think meatloaf with mushrooms, baked in puff pastry, perfect for the occasion. Prepare it easily and quickly. It turns out tasty snack that can be eaten either hot or cold.

Ingredients for cooking:
- Puff pastry (250 g)
- Pulp ready minced pork or (300-400g)
- Onions (2-3 pcs.)
- Lambert cheese (or any other hard cheese - 300g)
- Mushrooms mushrooms (400g)
- Eggs (4-5 pcs.)


1. From the pulp and minced pork do we salt (I prefer the very twist meat instead of buying ready-made stuffing, do not know from what to do)
2. Mushrooms, cut into pieces, fry with onions. Lightly add some salt.
3. Eggs for filling cook hard-boiled (5-7 minutes).
4. Take a piece of puff pastry. I was in the package 2 layers, each - 250g. One is enough.
5. Roll out the dough. Do not make it too thin, otherwise it will be difficult to fold into a roll.
6.Testo sprinkle with grated cheese.
7. Spread the minced meat.
8. We spread the fried mushrooms.
9. Top decompose slices of boiled eggs and a little of their prisalivaem.
10. We turned it upside down and roll seam side down, in order not turned.
11. Grease roll top with egg yolk.
12. Shipment is in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 50 minutes, until golden brown.
Tips:
not unroll the dough too thin.

next time I will add smaller eggs. Just put them in the middle roll. Though, and it turned out very tasty.
