Cold soup "Katikli shourpa"

There are two variants of this dish: the basis is the same as in this recipe, but instead of dill used mint. It is decorated in the completion of soup. I, as tried, mint never found, so cooked with dill, but next time definitely try with mint.


Necessary ingredients:

1. Fresh cucumbers - 3 pcs.
2. Maconi or yogurt - 3-4 cups
3. Ice water - 1 cup
4. Garlic - 2 cloves
5. Salt - to taste
6. Black pepper - to taste
7. Dill - a small bunch



Cucumbers are thoroughly washed in running water and peel.
Cut them into small cubes.
In a deep tank mix yogurt with water until smooth.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Put this mixture chopped cucumber.
Peeled garlic finely chop and add to the pot.
There also pour the washed and finely chopped dill.
All mix and put the soup in the refrigerator for 1 hour or more. Before serving, decorate with a sprig of greenery.
