Meat patties in the oven

Today, bought ground beef to make burgers. But because of poor health stand at the stove did not want to. So she decided to simplify the task yourself - make burgers in the oven or, as they call them meat cups.
This recipe is always rescued me when the time is not enough, or stand at the stove does not have the strength. And decided to share with you this quick recipe cooking burgers or meat cups in the oven. And suddenly it is useful to you.

For the preparation of meat products such glasses are necessary:
- 500 grams of minced meat
- 2 eggs
- About 0.5 cups semolina or breadcrumbs
- 50 ml of milk
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2-3 onions
- 5-7 cloves of garlic
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper and other spices if desired
- 1 cup mashed potatoes (if you have on hand)

Ground beef, you can choose any.
In the beef add the eggs,
pour milk.
Onion husk.
Cut it into small cubes.
Clear the garlic
and finely chop.
Minced salt to taste.
Add the black pepper and other spices to taste and desire.
Knead beef, in order to understand the degree of softness.
On this depends the number of decoys (an average of 0.5 cups of this portion).
Add a few tablespoons of mayonnaise.
Add the mashed potatoes, if it is near at hand and knead well minced. We fill the molds for cakes or metal cups (form julienne).
Send forms with minced meat baked in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 160 degrees.
While the dish is prepared, you can manage to cook mashed potatoes or porridge. Finished meat cups served in a warm way.
