Fragrant chicken tobacco

My recipe today will be different from the classical one, which I will concentrate attention spices. I love the combination of different spices, so this recipe chicken tobacco - experiment with flavors.

For preparation, we will use:

- The young chicken weighing 700 grams
- Garlic - take about 4 or 6 cloves, it all depends on the size
- Hmeli- suneli, paprika, coriander, pepper, fresh, salt, curry - use spices presented at its discretion, I took a pinch
- Vegetable oil - 5-7 tablespoons.

Spices (no salt), I dried in a dry frying pan. This method allows the spices better reveal their tastes.
Then, mix them with salt and a couple of tablespoons of oil.
Meanwhile, garlic passed through the press. Connecting with spices and oil. Leave for five or six minutes, fed with flavors and aromas of each other.

On a heated pan spread bird, skin side up. Cover with lid and clamp the weight (I always use dumbbells husband).
