Dough I decided to make kefir, but it does not burden the butter. As filling I have a trio - chicken, rice, onions. Well, as a form of ... something I bored the usual pies, so this time I'm blind "boats";)

ingredients:

- 200 ml yogurt (can be replaced by any sour-milk products)
- 2 cooked chicken legs (whole, rather than the lower leg)
- 1 large onion
- Pepper (pink, green, black)
- 8-10 tablespoons cooked rice
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 5 tbsp vegetable oil (dough)
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil (for lubrication and saute form)
- 2 eggs (in the dough)
- 1 egg yolk (for lubrication "boats")
- 0.5 tsp soda
- 1 tsp starch
- 40 g of butter
- 4 cups flour

In a bowl broke two eggs.
Whipped them and add them to yogurt, salt and 5 tablespoons sunflower oil.
By whipped mass sifted 1 cup flour, starch and baking soda.
Stir and add the remaining flour (for the next three cups). Knead a soft dough. Priporoshit it with flour and put into a food bag in the freezer.
If you plan to oven immediately, the dough can be held in the freezer while you prepare the filling, for example, about 20-30 minutes. If you bake later, it may lie as much as you need. Just take it out will have to advance, that it has had time to thaw.
Onion fry in two Art. tablespoon of sunflower oil, salt and pepper.
Added to the pan Fig. Stir.
With boiled chicken feet skin removed, freed fillets and split it into small pieces. Sent to the rice with onions.
Mix well.
Gave stuffing cool to room temperature.
Divide dough into portions pieces (I turned 10).
Each of them unrolled, giving an oval shape. Top with stuffing. It should not be enough.
Made tucks on the long side, with the left and right end, leaving midway open.
Posted "boats" on the pan greased with 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil. Top each patty smeared a little beaten egg yolk with a fork. And stuffing send small pieces of butter.
Oven pre-warmed to 180'C. Go there "boats" for 25 minutes.
Ready "boats" served with a sauce of their domestic preparations.
