Duck with cranberry sauce

Hello all my dear frined and today i want will you new recipe for prepare we need :
To prepare the duck sauce I needed:

meat:
- 1300 g duck
- salt
- Ground pepper
- 200 g of soy sauce
- 50 g of vinegar
- mustard



sauce:
- 250 g cranberries
- ½ orange
- Nutmeg
- cinnamon
- 50 g water
- 2 tbsp sugar


1. Duck washed and cleaned up the excess, ie feathers left after cutting.
2. Next, rubbed with salt and pepper and put the capacity in which it is marinated. I was comfortable in utyatnitsu do it.
3. It should be added soy sauce and vinegar.
4. Marinate duck I have for 5 hours. Periodically, I turned the it to marinade well acted all meat.

12. In a saucepan added zest and a pinch of nutmeg and cinnamon. Evaporated to about 5 minutes. The sauce becomes thicker.

14. Serve with duck sauce cooled down together.
The duck was very soft and juicy. For me it was more important that the left-specific odor and taste of mustard bird was not felt.
As for the sauce - so tasty I have not eaten. It is simple to prepare. The taste is very bright - Sweet and Sour slides. My mother tore the pan with it, because I could not naprobovatsya it. But he was not warm so delicious, cooled down in the form.
