Chicken liver in openwork

Chicken livers wash and boil in salted water until tender. For flavor you can add a bay leaf or other spices.
Until cooked liver cook pancakes. Pancake batter standard, nothing more, without yeast. In a bowl add the milk, egg hammer, add salt, butter and sugar and mix. Add flour and beat with a mixer.
Take the bottle using a funnel pour the batter into the bottle ready.
