Something I've been baking pies not. There was a time when I used to do this kind of food. Usually was eating everything in one sitting.
Today decided to pamper their pet chicken pie. In general, the filling can be done any, it all depends on your taste preferences. You can add the rice to the chicken and the egg. Or do with mushrooms and cheese.
Products for cooking
For the dough:
- 350-450 grams of flour
- 200 g of margarine
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- A pinch of salt, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
For the filling:
- 400-500 grams of chicken
- 1-2 onions
- 1 tablespoon of sour cream
- Salt, pepper, oregano
To fill:
- 1 egg
- 30-50 g cream
- Salt
Let us test preparation. In a bowl sift the flour, add the sugar, salt, baking soda. Softened margarine cut into thin slices, add the egg. Thoroughly knead the dough. Actually, this is one of my favorite kinds of dough. Easy to mix and does not stick to your hands.
Grease a baking dish with butter or margarine, distribute dough form making bumpers (I have no form, I used a frying pan). Pierce in several places with a fork and put in refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
Now for the filling. Chicken fillet cut into small pieces.
Onions cut into cubes.
Fry onions with the meat in a skillet. When the chicken fry, add sour cream, salt, pepper and oregano. Give the stew for about 10 minutes.
We took out a form with the dough from the refrigerator and spread the filling.
Do fill pan. Mix eggs, cream and salt.
Now fill the future pie filling and send it in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 1 hour.
After a time, pull out the cake from the oven and give a little cool. Can be served!
