Cheese baskets - one of my favorite ways of serving salad. They are not only original look, but they still can and eat. This is a good alternative tartlets. Any salad from such filing will benefit.

Usually in our family this salad just smeared on toast, but in baskets is a more festive option.

Three servings of salad, we need:

cheese - 150 gr.
tuna canned in its own juice - 100g.
Eggs - 3 pcs.
mayonnaise - to taste

I've seen recipes for these baskets with starch, flour, etc. But in my opinion, one cheese enough shape and so he keeps well.To cook a hard boiled egg salad and three on a fine grater.
Tuna mash with a fork.
Add the mayonnaise and mix all. You can add pepper to taste. I also add dried dill.
Spread salad in a basket.
Our dish is ready.
