Today, more and more red meat out of fashion, whereas vegetarian dishes, on the contrary, are beginning to use more and more popular. But, what could be better than a big juicy piece of marbled beef? Only the beef, which you can buy at your local store.
Unfortunately, the real meat for steaks can afford very rare due to the fact that it costs much more expensive than conventional beef. But the usual beef can cook delicious. This time I decided to buy the meat from the shoulder and bake it.
Because, unfortunately, or fortunately - I do not know - I'm not a vegetarian, and red meat for me, first of all - an excellent source of protein. And only then innocently killed the cow.

Ingredients:
Beef - 1 kg
Lemon - 1 piece
Paprika - 1 tsp
Onions - 1 piece (the larger the better)
Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp
Soy sauce - to taste (I have on a number of meat took 2 tablespoons)
Garlic - 4 cloves

Meat and cut my portions.
Prepare all the marinade.
We put the meat in a bowl, add the paprika, vegetable oil, soy sauce and lime squeeze. Mix everything and leave to marinate at room temperature for about an hour.
Meanwhile, cut onion.Roast beef.
Roast beef with spices.
When will the hour and marinate the meat, spread it in a frying pan on the bow.
Cover with a lid or foil and send it in the oven, preheated to 2000 for a half hour.
Davim knife garlic, cut it into large chunks (I'm somewhere already wrote about this method - you need to garlic longer loses its flavor).
We get out of the oven pan and put it on medium heat, sleeps garlic. And, stirring occasionally simmer about 20 minutes.
