Caesar Salad

Hello dear blog readers and my friends, and so today we have the famous salad for its preparation we will need:

200 g romaine lettuce
50-70 g Parmesan





For buckwheat:

100g loaf
3 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cloves of garlic

For the sauce:

1 egg
1 tsp Mustard (paste)
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
salt
pepper

Step 1 Cooking toast.In oil add garlic squeezed.Leave on for 20 minutes.
Step 2 loaf cut peel, cut into cubes.
Step 3 In a pan pour the garlic oil.
Step 4 Add the sliced loaf.
Step 5 On medium heat fry until golden brown.
Step 6 Prepare the sauce.
In a small saucepan and boil the water dipper.
Step 7 In the boiling water, put the egg and immediately remove from heat.
Step 8 Hold egg in water for 1 minute.
Remove the eggs, cool for 15 minutes.
Step 9 Egg break into a bowl.
Step 10 Add the mustard and lemon juice.
Step 11 Beat blenders.
Step 12 Add the oil.
Step 13 Beat.
Step 14 Add Worcestershire sauce and mix.
Should get a homogeneous mass.
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 15 cheese grate.
Step 16 Lettuce break hands.
Step 17 Add the sauce.
Step 18 Mix.
Step 19 Add croutons and mix.
Step 20 salad on a plate.
Step 21 Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Step 22 Serve immediately.
