Pork steppe

Description: Nothing to these delicious steaks, in my opinion, to have neither steppes nor to the fires. But the recipe came to me it was under this name. I read it in a magazine a long time, but only the first time prepared for the New Year festivities. We fell in love with this dish the whole family !!! Ready in five times, and each time like it even more!



Ingredients for "Pork-steppe":
Pork (you can use and veal) - 700 g
Potatoes - 2 pcs
Eggs - 2 pcs
Wheat flour - 3 tablespoons. l.
Mayonnaise (or sour cream) - 2 tbsp. l.
Onions - 1 pc
Garlic - 3 tooth.
Herbs (dill, chives, parsley)
Sour cream (or cream) - 200 ml
Salt (to taste)


Recipe "Pork-steppe":
Meat cut into chops and fight them off (I put the pieces in a bag - no spray). READY "coat" for our chops: on a coarse grater rub raw potato, finely cut onions, herbs, grated or minced garlic in the frog, all mix, salt, pepper, add the eggs, mayonnaise or sour cream (2 tbsp. L.) And flour . All knead.
In hot oil, fry the meat hidden in the "fur coat".
Fry gently turning, until golden brown.
Laying chops lightly oiled baking tray, pour the sour cream (today I found a upakovochka cream) and send in a hot oven for 5-7 minutes.
Ready chops are very tender, and what flavor is worth until they are fried, and then "returns" in the oven !!!
In principle, such a side dish to meat is not necessary - it is already available as a coat. But today I gave him a wonderful salads - fresh cabbage, cucumbers, tomatoes, herbs, lemon juice, salt and vegetable oil.
