Ingredients:
Chicken fillet - 300 grams
Vegetable broth - to taste
Cream cheese - 400 grams
Vermicelli fine - 4 tbsp. spoons
Potatoes - 3 pieces
Bay leaf - 3 pieces
Butter - 50 grams
Pepper - to taste
Salt - to taste

Servings: 3-4


How to cook "soup with cream cheese"
Bring to a boil vegetable broth. Add the chopped potatoes into large cubes.
Cook 20 minutes, extract the vegetables (except potatoes) and add the diced chicken. Also add the crushed dry basil, bay leaf, pepper and salt.
Extract of potato soup and thoroughly crush it.
Chicken fillet ready? Return the potatoes to the soup.
Vermicelli lightly fry in a dry frying pan.
