Cod liver oil - an unusually useful product. However, unfortunately, I had not eaten so much cod liver oil. Just so it does not eat a lot - to saturate the liver very quickly, besides it zhirnovat. However, I found a recipe for a salad with cod liver, where its taste is revealed in a new way.
In this salad turns out, oddly enough, not heavy. Even despite the fact that in addition to the liver where there is mayonnaise. It is best to do this it is layers, so it is a more airy and light.
I want to emphasize that it is not necessary to salt the salad as salt present in cod liver oil and cooked rice.

Ingredients for the salad:

- Cod liver oil - 1 jar
- Rice - 1/2 cup
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Cucumber - 1 pc.
- Onion - 1/2 head
- Mayonnaise - to taste

Proceedings

Second layer - cod liver oil. All of the liquid must be drained. We need only the very "dry" liver.

Onions cut into squares. Before you put it in a salad, you can slightly scalded with boiling water to the bitterness left from it, but make sure that while the onions are lost its crunch and did not jam.
We spread the onions on the liver.
Next, - a layer of eggs. Three boiled eggs on a grater.
Put on a layer of onion and coat with mayonnaise.
The next layer - cucumbers. They are also three on a grater, put the eggs and a little grease with mayonnaise.
