Today I want to share with you a recipe fabulous pies from a thin crispy dough, which I once found on the Internet. Thanks to the author of these pies. This dish has become one of my favorite, is preparing to simply and quickly.
Toppings can be absolutely any: sweet, meat, vegetables, cottage cheese, berries, etc. The dough is soft, flexible, pliable, requires no effort at rolling out. Highly recommend to cook.

For preparation of pies with cabbage "Cigars" we need:


For the dough:
- Vegetable oil - 0.5 Art.
- Water - 0.5 Art.
- Flour - 3.5 Art.
- Salt to taste

For the filling:
- Cabbage
- Onions
- Carrot
- Vegetable oil
- Salt to taste

Method of preparation:

Let's start with the preparation of fillings for pies.
Today I cooked patties with cabbage.
Cabbage cut.
Send in a pan with vegetable oil for frying.
Onions chop, combine the cabbage in a pan.
Grate carrots, send to the vegetables for roasting. Season with salt to taste.
Prepare the filling spread in a bowl and leave to cool.
Until the filling cools prepare the dough.
In a bowl add flour.
Add the water. Stir.
Add salt to taste.
Pour vegetable oil.
Knead elastic, soft dough. If necessary, you can add more flour.
The dough turns out very convenient for cooking. Does not stick to the rolling pin, easily rolled out very thin. I just fell in love with this dough.
The resulting dough is divided into 14 parts.
Each piece roll out very thin, almost transparent reservoir. On the edge of the reservoir spread stuffing cabbage.
And wraps up into a tube - "cigar".
Try to get the same size patties.
Spread on a baking sheet, greased.
Bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
It turns out very tasty.
