Ingredients:
Pasta - 100 grams
Cheese - 50 grams
Stuffing - 50 grams
Sausage - 50 grams
Egg - 1 Each
Tomato - 1 Each
Cream - 1 tbsp. spoon
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. spoon
Spices - to taste

Servings: 1-3


How to cook "pasta with sausage and egg"
1. boil pasta as directed on package. Then the water is drained, and rinse the pasta in cold water, so as not to stick together. Discard the liquid.
2. Trying to drive an egg to the pasta, add the cream well. Stir thoroughly. Then add chopped tomatoes, mince, and slices of sausage. Again mix. Salt, pepper to taste.
3. Raskalivaem frying pan with oil, and then just pour the mixture from the pan, and fry!
4. Sprinkle with herbs and serve!
